Do I have to register for the General Health & Wellness Program before I'm able to experience other programs?
Yes, the 60 day General Health & Wellness Program is a prerequisite for all other programs offered. This develops a base for the success of additional programs. After your first 60 days you may continue on with the program to strengthen your health and wellness foundation on a monthly basis. Advanced programs may be added in conjunction to this or individually on their own.
Are the session start times the same for everyone?
Yes, everyone in each particular program will have the same starting time for that program on session days.
How does it work?
The first month eases you into a functioning balance. Each person is remotely connected with the frequencies being run on session days (one at a time). This is done with an intention specific to each individual when an energetic healing flow is opened. Think of it as a personal roadmap that directs the session frequencies to you. When the frequencies are complete, the healing flow is closed. This is the process for each session day regardless of what program you are registered for.
How long is a session?
Sessions may average anywhere from 2-4 hours, depending on the sets or program being worked with on that day. There are (3) generators in use. A 'generator' is the individual device holding the programmed frequencies you're receiving. Each generator is running simultaneously, meaning each unit is sending out unique frequencies as part of the particular program you're receiving. Because these frequencies are 'stacked' together, you are actually receiving 3 x 2-4 hours of frequency on any given session day. Another reason to stay well-hydrated!
Why are there four days in-between sessions in the General Health & Wellness program?
You will have four (4) rest days of integration in-between session to allow your body to assimilate and balance the frequencies. This reduces any potential for a healing crisis.
Will all programs have four days in-between sessions?
Not necessarily. It will depend on the program.
Will there be changes in the 60 day General Health & Wellness program frequencies?
As the weeks pass, additional frequencies may be added or replaced to continue strengthening your foundation. In the second half of the program we may then begin working to identify and improve areas of commonality within the group.
Is it necessary to print out the session calendar or the weekly journal page for the programs?
Having a calendar of your session days printed out can help you remember when to set your intentions consciously to receive the frequencies. The journal page allows you to make quick notes of how you're feeling physically, mentally and emotionally, allowing you to identify shifts or patterns changing as you progress. The steps you choose to take during your program will make a difference. The choice is yours.
What can I do to receive the maximum benefit of the programs?
Water, water, water! Hydrate with good water, not just with juices, teas and coffee (the latter of which dehydrates you and can make things more difficult). The difference between water and juice is that your kidneys don't need to filter the water. During the first month as you're detoxifying, your kidneys, lymph and liver are working hard to remove toxins that are being cleared. Be nice to your organs and water them.
Fuel your body with clean, healthy foods and reduce sugars. Additional support with vitamin C, chlorella, spirulina, fulvic acid, zeolite and activated charcoal as binders to absorb and eliminate toxins. Get yourself outside for some fresh air and a walk or get your body moving in some form or fashion to circulate toxins through and out. If you can't get outside, walk around your home. Get a vibration plate or a rebounder and use them. These are gentle ways of supporting your lymphatic system. And, be gentle with yourself if you need a little more rest than usual in the beginning. Take a nap!
Often, simply changing our lifestyles and habits "just a little' can begin to unwind and restore a healthy physical environment. Integrating holistic frequencies with those small changes can magnify the benefits. You can even go a little step further in stabilizing that foundation to ease the stress. Simple example ~ a reduction in stress begins lowering cortisol, thereby reducing inflammation causing pain in the body. Reduced stress, lower cortisol, less inflammation, less pain = more resilience, improved mood, better sleep and more energy. Only one of the little happy domino's that begin cascading improvements.
